COVID-19: Covering Necessities
While the father works full-time, the mother can’t work since she supervises their four children, ages 5, 9, 11, and 16, who are being schooled virtually during the pandemic.
The father earns a little over $25,000, which doesn’t cover necessities. They receive no Welfare benefits, but do use a food pantry. The family has fallen behind on its gas bill, currently owing $530. Other community resources were explored.
The Fund approved $530 to cover overdue gas bills.
